Find the number of subsets of {0,1,2,...,2000} the sum of whose elements is divisible by 5.

P.S. This problem is my all-time favourite. I would say that it has even contributed to me choosing math as a major. I hope it shall bring whoever reading the joy it brought to me the first time I tried it.
